SETH NWUGHALA
SETH NWUGHALA is the Founder and CEO of MSCM Real Estate Agency. He has more 22 years of industry experience having worked for different organizations at different levels. He started his career with GMT Limited where he was for four years before resigning in 2005 as a Dealer. Later that year, he joined the Advanced Logistics and Procurement Services(ALPS) as the logistics manager. At this role, he oversees all the air and sea ports operations including all import and export documentation processes. He was part of the team that expanded the business portfolio of the company into the different region of Nigeria serving manufacturing, telecommunication and service industries. In 2012, he left ALPS to join GAC Nigeria , a multinational logistics company in August as the assistant logistics manager. He became the logistics manager early in 2013. As the logistics manager, he became the business head of GAC Logistics Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of GAC Shipping Nigeria Limited. GAC Nigeria was into oil and gas logistics exporting and importing crude oil and the refined petroleum products. As the business head of the Logistics department, he oversees all the operations of the temporary importation of seismic vessels, multi-purpose equipment etc. He was also responsible for the efficient running of the operational office in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In 2017, Seth left GAC to join Baseplus Nigeria Limited as the General Manager, Logistics. He left the company in 2018 to become the CEO/Managing director of MSCM Logistics Services Limited a company he founded. He is a co-founder of Guaranteed Logistics and Procurement Services Limited.
Seth Nwughala attended the University of Roehampton, University of Lagos and the Lagos State University. He is a holder of Master of Science Degree in Political Science. In addition he holds several self-improvement and professional certificates.
Mr. Nwughala is a member of several associations including Charter Institute of Logistics and Transport, Institute of Strategic Human Capital and African Centre for Supply Chain.
He is happily married to Mrs. Maurilyn Nwughala and they are blessed with 3 boys. *
EMMANUEL NWUGHALA
Emmanuel Nwughala is joining MSCM Real Estate Agency as the Business Development Director. His specialty is in sales, marketing and business development.
Emmauel Nwughala started his career with the Nigerian Institute of Architects as the Account Officer in 2011 and rose to the position of the general manager in 2014. Under him, the NIA witnessed an increase in revenue and a surge in membership registration. He left the NIA to take up appointment with Emel Group in 2020. At Emel he assisted in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives that increased the sales of the company products across the country. After a successful career at Emel Group, Emmanuel left to become the Senior Business Manager with UNITeS (Cisco) in January 2023 from where he joined MSCM Real Estate Agency in January 2024.
Emmanuel Nwughala holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Lagos State University and a MBA-Human Resources Management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
He is happily married and blessed with children.
